The Goal: Bunker Hill Elementary (BHE) endeavors to fully develop an inquiry-driven model of teaching and learning for their community of learners.    

The Work: Inquiry Schools is excited for the opportunity to partner with BHE to offer on-site classroom coaching, mentoring and modeling support for the teachers to solidify the efficacy of the initiative. Starting in the 2016-2017 school year, Kristin Hokanson will conduct an introductory visit to plan dates, goals and desired outcomes. Throughout the school year, Kristin will work in classrooms, alongside the teaching and administrative team to support the shift to inquiry-driven teaching and learning. Through grant funding, it is the hope that this work will continue into the 2017-2018 school year as well.
