Goal: Evaluate current policies, practices and procedures during a leadership change. 

The Work: Steve Dembo and Diana Laufenberg worked with the administrative team to address strengths, weaknesses, opportunities. The beginnings of a strategic plan were crafted with specific suggestions for systemic shifts that will put them in a place to more fully realize their mission and vision. Diana continues to communicate with the administrative team as they begin the work.
